CERTIFIED MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT
Anna Kovchina, Certified Management Accountact, has extensive experience in financial accounting from multinational corporations – including Hyundai – to emerging startups. She enjoys partnering with small and growing businesses to provide clean books, reports and insights CEOs can use to make informed decisions for expansion. Anna’s corporate experience lead to a deep understanding of accrual accounting and how to be mindful of details while adhering to strict deadlines. As a bookkeeper, Ms. Kovchina has worked with a myriad of organizations, industries and businesses which gives her unique insights into financial strategies across emerging and growing operations.
Anna launched AKCounting to expand services from monthly bookkeeping and compliance to day-to-day accounting and fractional CFO support. She now offers solutions to add reliable, dedicated financial support and guidance to CEO’s and their teams.
Anna enjoys partnering with engineering companies, SaaS ventures, start-ups but most importantly, working with business owners who are ready to work together to mine deeper insights from financial data beyond bookkeeping compliance.
Ms. Kovchina has master’s degree in economics from Altai State University, Russia and Certified Management Accountant (CMA) credentials from IMA USA. She currently resides in Irvine with her husband and 2 sons and enjoys traveling and hiking and dancing. She is almost as passionate about dancing as she is about financial data.
